Water Based Wall Sealer
Seamaster Acryseal Water Based Wall Sealer is water based acrylic primer sealer specially formulated to provide excellent alkaline resistance. It is use as a primer coat for new and old building. As a primer it forms an excellent barrier coat against alkalinity especially for new walls and gives a good surface for the painting of subsequent coat.
Uses:
As a primer for new and old building surface e.g.
brickwork, plaster, cement, asbestos, etc.

It is crucial that ample time is allowed for the concrete / plaster surfaces to dry out. High moisture content is a common cause for premature paint failures, such as blistering, discolouration, etc. Concrete / plaster are alkaline in nature and together with the presence of salts and moisture may cause paint systems to fail prematurely. Masonry surfaces must be reasonable dry and free from oil / grease and other contaminants before Seamaster Arcyseal Wall Sealer is applied.
