Luxury Silky Wall Finish

Seamaster Anti-Bacterial Formula Luxury Wall Finish is a proven high quality wall finish that provides protection from bacteria and promotes healthier and better living. It forms a tough and elastic film that can seals hairline cracks and has excellent resistant to fungus and algae. This product has a superior stain and scrub resistance that promises a lasting durable coating. Its exceptional waterproof and alkaline resistance properties protect wall and cement from damage. It is a low VOC, APEO free and formaldehyde free product. It does not contain lead, chrome, mercury, aromatic and halogenated solvents.

Uses:
As a finishing coat for protection and decoration of interior masonry and other surfaces: including plasters, cements, asbestos, brickwork, hard and soft boards and appropriately primer woods.

Application Method
Method of Application :
Brush and roller or airless spray.		  
Product Preparation :
Ready for use after thoroughly stirring. However, if thinning
is required, not more than 10% of water may be added for
the first coat. For best result, thinning is not recommended for the subsequent coats.
Surface Preparation
New Mansory Surface :

It is crucial that ample time is allowed for the concrete / plaster surfaces to dry out. High moisture content is a common cause for premature paint failures, such as blistering, discolouration, etc.

Concrete / plaster is alkaline in nature and together with the presence of salts and moisture may cause paint systems to fail prematurely.

Masonry surfaces must be reasonably dry and free from oil / grease and other contaminants before an appropriate alkali resistance sealer is applied.

Old Unpainted / Previously Painted Masonry Surface:
Surface must be dry and free from any structural damaged and cracks. Wash the surface to remove any stains, debris and powderiness before application with 8000 ABF Wall Finish.

Storage Condition
Air tight, store under dry and cool condition
