Water Based Roofing Paint

Seamaster Roof Guard Water Based Roofing Paint is suerior quality base acrylic material for sealing of cracks on roof and other cementation surfaces. It is suitbale for all types of roofing such as galvanised sheet, concrete, asbestos cement and roof tiles coating. It is smooth and easy to apply. It also provides excellent water resistance membrane for the substrate. This product also has excellent adhesion.

Uses:
Provides sealing and water proofing for cracks and precast joints. Suitable for all types of roofing and roof gutters including zinc, galvanised, asbestos, cement tiles and roof slate. However not recommended for surfaces which are submerged for long period.

Application Method
Method of Application :
Brush and roller.		  
Product Preparation :

Products is supply ready for use. However, if thinning is required, not more than 10% of water may be added. For best result, thinning is not recommended.

Surface Preparation
Ensure that the surface to be applied is free from grease, oil or other loose material.
