Solvent Based Wall Sealer
Seamaster Syntasilk Solvent Base Wall Sealer is a solvent-based acrylic modified primer sealer for all masonry wall surfaces. It has good alkaline resistance, water resistance and excellent adhesion. It also allow the humidity to breathe through the wall and remain strongly anchored to substrates.
Uses :
As s primer for new and old building wall surfaces e.g.
brickwork, plaster cement, asbestos, etc.

| Product Preparation : Stir thoroughly before use. Product is supply ready for use. However, if thinning is required, not more than 10% of mineral turpentine may be added. |

It is crucial that ample time is allowed for the concrete / plaster surfaces to dry out. High moisture content is a common cause for premature paint failures, such as blistering, discolouration, etc. Concrete / plaster are alkaline in nature and together with the presence of salts and moisture may cause paint systems to fail permaturely. Masonry surfaces must be reasonably dry and free from oil / grease and other contaminants before Seamaster Syntasilk Solvent Base Wall Sealer is applied.
